Qu\u2019est-ce que le green washing exactement ?<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

Le green washing est une strat\u00e9gie marketing utilis\u00e9e par les entreprises et les organisations pour donner une fausse impression d\u2019engagement environnemental et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

ECette tactique vise \u00e0 tirer parti de la conscience environnementale croissante des consommateurs en pr\u00e9sentant des produits, des services ou des pratiques commerciales comme \u00e9tant respectueux de l’environnement alors qu’en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ils ne le sont pas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le green washing affecte les relations avec les clients et \u00e9rode \u00e9galement la confiance dans les entreprises. Lorsque la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la transparence sont compromises, les clients peuvent se d\u00e9tourner.<\/p>\n

Exemples de green washing<\/h2>\n

Le \u00ab\u00a0greenwashing\u00a0\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux pratiques par lesquelles une entreprise ou une entit\u00e9 tente de pr\u00e9senter une image de respect et d’engagement envers l’environnement sans que cela soit vraiment vrai. Voici quelques exemples de greenwashing :<\/p>\n

    Annonces mettant en avant de petites actions\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>concentrez-vous sur de petites actions qui peuvent \u00eatre positives mais qui ne s’attaquent pas \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes environnementaux plus larges, cr\u00e9ant ainsi l’illusion d’un engagement plus profond en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable. \u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ces exemples mettent en \u00e9vidence la fa\u00e7on dont certaines entreprises peuvent tenter de capitaliser sur une conscience environnementale croissante sans adopter de pratiques v\u00e9ritablement durables.<\/p>\n

    D\u00e9sormais, aucune entit\u00e9 ne pourra pr\u00e9tendre que ses produits sont \u00e9cologiques ou r\u00e9utilisables sans certification tierce. <\/p>\n

    L\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 la compensation carbone pouvait pr\u00e9tendre qualifier un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de durable est r\u00e9volue. <\/p>\n

    Ce changement vise \u00e0 \u00e9radiquer les pratiques trompeuses et \u00e0 promouvoir la transparence dans la publicit\u00e9 environnementale.<\/p>\n

    Sanctions en cas de non-respect<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

    La l\u00e9gislation pr\u00e9voit des sanctions importantes pour les entreprises qui ne respectent pas la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation. <\/p>\n

    Ceux qui ne s\u2019y conforment pas s\u2019exposent \u00e0 des amendes pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 % de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel. En revanche, les entreprises de moins de 10 salari\u00e9s et dont le chiffre d’affaires annuel est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 millions d’euros sont exclues de ces sanctions.<\/p>\n

    Transformation de la communication environnementale<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

    Cette directive europ\u00e9enne, en pr\u00e9paration depuis des ann\u00e9es, interdit toute utilisation d’all\u00e9gations environnementales vagues ou trompeuses. <\/p>\n
